Miracles do come!

My companion and I have been struggling this last transfer to find someone that we could help to progress towards baptism but this last week we found two!! There is this nine year old girl who has been coming to church for the past two months that no one knew. She has been coming to church by herself because when she was younger her family went to church but now are inactive. She lives about 10 minutes away from our ward but takes a bus every sunday to come to church with him grandma. Everyone thought she was a member until this sunday when she told the bishop she wanted to be baptized. He was shocked because he had no clue she wasn`t a member. We also have a less active family that are coming back and want to baptize their two grandaughters that are eleven and fourteen. Finally miracles!

It was a little hard this week in church but next week is bound to be much better! I absolutely love going to church because I feel just so energized. As a missionary that is absolutely crucial. Feeling motivated by the Spirit and feeling the love of the members. We have had so many crazy experiences and we are just applying the doctrine ha.

Well here we are starting to get into Spring. I left the house this week wearing just a sweater for one of the first times in my mission... 20 months later... haha well look for the joy in the journey!!

On saturday we went to an orphanige and we entered in all of their firewood which was 40 meters of firewood!! It took us about 8 hours of pure work! Thankfully they gave us lunch! I am just loving being sore and knowing that those little kids are sleeping warm.

Life is good as a missionary. You know that you have been successful when your shoes are wearing thin, your feet and body hurts and you feel good at the end of the day. I am proud to be a Representitive of Jesus Christ and to serve here in Latin America just as he did!
